  Edit -> Save                --> Update
Delete -> Confirm -- YES      --> Delete
                  -- NO       --> No change
   New -> Save    -- IF EXIST --> Confirm Update -- YES --> Update
                                                 -- NO  --> No change
                  -- ELSE     --> Add
