Hi German,

I am translating your questions to a problem with creating a new vendor or
editing an existing on - I hope I got it right :) This problem should be
already fixed in the upcoming 3.20.2 and hopefully also the 3.18.9 releases. It
was a side effect of fixing some security problems.
