Very early mockup of UI

This bug is to track development of a browse interface for the OPAC.

See attached mockup.

The idea here is that people start typing in the browser box, and as they type,
the list below filters according to what they type. They can choose what field
they want to search, it'll all update pretty much straight away. The fuzziness
factor determines how similar things will have to be, from exact, to missing a
character being OK, to transpositions and so forth being accounted for. Exact
tuning probably will be done with use.

As they type, authors (or subjects, or titles, etc.) will populate in the lower
box, effectively as though it were a prefix search. When selected (like the [ ]
in the mockup indicates), the relevant results show in the right-hand panel.
