I agree with you Nicole. And I think it would be nice to upgrade the bootstrap
library used in Koha to version 3. The responsive capabilities of this version
are much better. 

This version is backwards incompatible, but the most incompatibilites ar in
grid system, so it wouldn't be so hard to upgrade.
