Encountered the following error while updating to 3.20.2 (from 3.20.1) on a
64-bit Jessie.

Error: /usr/share/koha/misc/translator/po/clients-marc-MARC21.po not found.
ERROR: an error was found when updating 'clients' translations. Please manually
run 'koha-translate --update clients'. Run man koha-translate for more options.

Install is a package based one.
