I can do that. What should happen where 490 ind1 is blank? In the example below
if 490 ind1 is blank the field will be suppressed. It might make more sense to
show the field as the default, and suppress it only when explicitly stated (by
the indicator). Although I may be miss understanding how the field is coded.
