[follow-up] Bug 6810 - Fix QA failures

- Use KohaDates to convert dateexpiry
- remove MYSQL specifics methods for date handling in
  GetUpcomingMembershipExpires
- make the script membership_expiry.pl write in Koha system logs
- add tests
