Bug 6810 - Fix QA failures:

- use Koha::DateUtils instead of Koha::Template::Plugin::KohaDates,
  - Add test with syspref MembershipExpiryDaysNotice equals 0 and undef,
  - fix (new) test failure (when MembershipExpiryDaysNotice is undef).
