Those patches were applied on top on bug 13895 and 13903 but do not depend on
them and that was causing problems to apply this bug's patches
Also a strange thing happened because the updatedatabase code was placed
between two already existing updates. This was causing problems too.

These issues are now fixed (I hope) and patches should apply cleanly.
