Bug 6810 - Fix QA failures

- remove DateTime->now()
    - use Koha::DateUtils->dt_from_string;
    - use Pod2usage for the usage
    - use Modern::Perl
    - use branches table
    - Change letter code from MEMEXP to MEMBERSHIP_EXPIRY
