Bug 11559 followup - Remove Pazpar2 dependency, bugfixes

Adds a new metasearch service, removing dependency on Pazpar2. Current
limitations:

  * Can only sort by title. Should be easy to fix.
  * Requires refetching results when changing pages.

Also adds an "edit items" link, and fixes a loading error when logged in
as the database user.
