I completely agree. This should be an optional feature implemented at the
patron category level. Otherwise this makes an irreversible change to Koha.
Many librarians complain that the patron form is too long already. We cannot
hide this for adults without also hiding it for children, thus it must be
implemented as an optional feature. The most sensible way to do this would be
to add a switch at the patron category level that enables the ability to set a
guarantor for a given patron type.
