This patch conflicts in a since removed CSS file:
CONFLICT (modify/delete): koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/css/opac-old.css

Looking at the patch I can see that the .less file for bootstrap has been
modified, but there is no updated generated CSS file, but only the change to
the outdated file. Can you check please?
