Cannot open log file
/usr/share/kohadev/testclone/var/log/updatedatabase_2015-03-16T09:42:31.log: No
such file or directory at /usr/share/koha/testclone/installer/install.pl line
332.

If I update via the webinstaller, the apache user has no permission to write a
new log file in that directory.
