Hm, I am sorry, but I see no difference in behaviour before and after the
patch. I have 2 tags: der and das. One belongs to my user, the other to another
user.
Both always show for me :( 

I also got some anapproved tags. My list of records shows all my tags -
unapproved or not. The cloud only the 2 approved tags from my different users.

The other thing: I'd expect that if I set "Tags to show from other users" to 0
or empty, that 
a) the foreign tag goes away
b) that my selection sticks, but the pull down returns to 100 immediately

Could you take another look please?
