We could perhaps add a route to lookup available providers on the specified
coce server?  That would allow koha's syspref to be 'clever' about presenting
the available provider for your specific coce server.

I say this as for instance in the UK, I'm rather tempted to write a BDS
connector for coce..  but BDS is uk only, so our coce instance would support it
but others may not.

Any thoughts Frederic?
