Bug 14165: Typo in PerlDependencies

Dependency PDF::FromHTML should be listed as required.
See mainpage.pl line 32 (using Koha::Borrower::Discharge).

Test plan:
If you do not have this dependency, verify that accessing the staff client
already results in a software error (Cannot locate PDF/FromHTML.pm).
Run koha_perl_deps.pl -m -r without this patch. FromHTML is not listed.
Run it with this patch. FromHTML is listed now.
