Bug 14184: Undefined $term causes noisy warns in C4/CourseReserves.pm

This patch sets $term to be an empty string.

To test:

1) Go to Course Reserves on the OPAC
2) Notice warns in error log
3) Apply patch
4) Reload page
5) Notice page still works but no warns
