I may have gotten the Depends on direction wrong for the:
prove t/Auth_with_shibboleth.t

I retested all this yesterday on the kohadev box.
I ended up making the same sorts of changes that are in bug 14111 in order for
it to pass the t/Auth_with_shibboleth.t tests.
