Okay, with OPACprivacy enabled and
AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor enabled a patron can set wether
guarantor can view or not

with OPACprivacy disabled and AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor
enabled a patron can see their guarantor but cannot save changes to whether
their checkouts are shown.  The update button doesn't work and a change to this
field doesn't register if using the "submit update request" button

Just a minor question too:  
If AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor is disallow
and AllowStaffToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor is allow
the patrons checkouts can be shown to their guarantor but they can neither see
who their guarantor is or whether or not their checkouts are visible.  That
seems slightly concerning to me.  The same goes for when both are set to
disallow.  To my mind if there is a situation in which your checkouts are being
shown to a guarantor that info should be visible whether or not you can edit it

All else seems to work as expected
