Additionally: I git grepped on several case combinations of OPACBaseUrl and
found this exception:

t/db_dependent/Auth_with_cas.t contains OpacBaseURL (NOK)
misc/release_notes/release_notes_3_10_0.txt contains OPACBaseurl (OK)

No big deal, noted for the record..
