I agree with Mark that CSS is not the ultimate answer here, as people can get
around it. I am also not sure that the messaging settings absolutely need to be
displayed, as long as the user has actively agreed that the library can email
him/her in the first place. 

Going to repeat myself... 3 option pref? Anyone a better idea? :)
