Not sure about the state of this patch, but I just wanted to say that I agree
with Frédéric:

"It's far beyond the scope of this patch. Open a new bug if you want, and name
it Semantic-Koha, or Sekoa."

I think it would be interesting to be able to publish any record using RDF, and
maybe even set up a SPARQL endpoint. I noticed that in DSpace 5.0 or 6.0
they've added support for publishing their records using RDF.

However, I think that's outside the scope of this bug. It would make sense as
its own bug.
