Hi Frédéric

Please sign-off the last two patches, I found another Unit Test
(t/db_dependent/Record/Record.t) that affect the marc2dxml method; and finally
remove the MARC::Crosswalk::DublinCore module
(libmarc-crosswalk-dublincore-perl)
