Hi Kimberlee, can you please add some more information?

- Is it items or records?
- Did you withdraw or delete them?
- Where are they showing up, only on the results, but not on the datail page?

If it's the search results, it's most likely that your Zebra index hasn't been
update with the deletion yet.
