I think it's a/a good idea and b/safe to backport this new feature.
Why is it safe ? because it's not interlaced with the rest of Koha. So no risk
of side-effect.

I'm adding that the RMaint is also the sitemap writer, so he'll endorse
god-fire in case of death of any kitten anywhere in the world
(good luck Fred ;-) )
