[SIGNED-OFF]Bug 3642 - New informations in overdues CSV export - add itemtype

This patch adds record itemtype to overdues CSV export, from item or
biblioitems depending on syspref "item-level_itypes"

Test plan :
- Go to overdues page : <server>/cgi-bin/koha/circ/overdue.pl
- Find some overdues
- Click on "Download file of displayed overdues"
- Open generated CSV
=> You see itemtype column with data

Works as advertised. itemtype appered on CSV
