Added a system preference to the "Enhanced content" tab and changed all
templates in Intranet and OPAC to include this new cover source. The images
needed some new CSS classes for scaling purposes, these were added to both OPAC
and intranet CSS files. Separated into a bunch of patchsets in case someone
deems there is a better way to handle parts of this.
