I just came into Bugzilla tonight looking to see if this feature had ever been
requested and found this bug. Is this under development yet? What's been
proposed? 

Also, how will this data be stored in the database? Any discussion/thoughts
about creating a separate guarantor table and no longer storing the guarantor
borrowernumber in the guarantee's borrower record?
