On editing an item
(http://test-intra.plack.bywatersolutions.com/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?op=edititem&biblionumber=1&itemnumber=1&searchid=#edititem),
I see the current location and the home library is the "Permanent location"
field.
