Major issue:  Saving a record deletes the first character of every subfield
(tested on firefox/chrome ubuntu/debian)

Small merge conflict in C4/Installer/PerlDependencies.pm

Other minor issues discovered in testing:
-Ctrl+D when dropdown is selected bookmarks page instead of adding a new field
-Backspace when a dropdown is selected backs browser out of the page, changes
lost
-If a subfield is mandatory the containing filed must be mandatory to make sure
it is applied
-Cannot delete a subfield with a dropdown
-Ctrl+X does not remove an empty field
-Import record should be optional to overlay or create new
-Import record with curly bracket escaped characters e.g. {uml} breaks
formatting
