Good idea. Are you thinking about an extra include for the language menue that
would be inserted into koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/masthead.inc
and koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/masthead-sco.inc ?
