I think the UNIMARC can be corrected of various forms. For example with XSLT
Transformation, C4/Breeding.pm use something like that
(C4::Breeding->_do_xslt_proc) and the xslt to transform UNIMARC2MARC21 is here

Although exist this module
<https://metacpan.org/pod/MARC::Moose::Formater::UnimarcToMarc21>.

C4::Record->marc2marc deal with marc flavour, but it seems to be that it does
not work or is not fully developed.

So my question is: Can I fix it in another bug or I need to fix it in this one?
