Hi Julian,

I think the last patch makes a wrong assumption - the browse feature is useless
if OpacBrowseResults is turned off (which some of our libraries actually have).
So I think removing the checks for the checkboxes should be undone and a check
for this pref added to the code - for the checkboxes and also for the link at
the top of the results.

What do you think?
