If I call new holidays without any parameters I get the error: "No branchcode
argument to new.  Should be C4::Calendar->new(branchcode => $branchcode) at
/home/putti/kohaclone/tools/newHolidays.pl line 87." and also if there is
malformed date in the input I get "Date::Calc::Day_of_Week(): not a valid date
at /home/putti/kohaclone/C4/Calendar.pm line 609."
