Hi Paul and others, 

Now that Manual Credit is available with two options of Credit Type : Credit or
Forgiven, I wonder if the support of Authorised Values is likely to be useful
for some libraries. 

It is a missing improvement but would it ever be used?

If you think that the answer is "rarely" should this bug/enhancement be closed?
