Maybe elaborate a bit more? Remember the current syntax lets you choose what
subfields to include for indexing, so you need to loop.
Anyway, I just hooked the extra 'condition' attribute and then test for it to
skip if condition is not met.

If you propose a major XSLT refactoring it should probably belong to it's own
bug
