EBSCO have given me this temporary link to create test urls:
http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=uid&user=koha15&password=test2015&profile=ehost&defaultdb=e000muk

Click on a thumbnail and go to the full display for the record. Then click on
the "permalink" option at the right of the screen to get an url that you can
put into an 856 tag for testing
