i run koha 3.18.10 on debian wheezy.

when i use the batch item modification tool, some item properties
are not displayed. (see screenshot attached).

when the authorized values have accented characters in their description,
the generated html is missing the description :

<option value="Histoire / Afrique / Colonialisme & Anti-colonialisme">Histoire
/ Afrique / Colonialisme & Anti-colonialisme</option>
--> no diacritics, generated html ok


<option value="Histoire / Afrique / Généralités"></option>
--> with "e accute", the generated html is missing the description
