Just a reminder before I scurry off again.

We also need to solve how to use Etags to prevent mid-air collissions when
modifying DB-objects.

This is currently a BIG issue in Koha and causes very hard to track and
understand issues.
Getting it solved using the new REST API would be super awesome and 100% inline
(actually a REQUIREMENT) with the REST architecture.
