I also wound up at the following URL:

Sure enough... it's not working even with the ccl.properties modification.
However, I am able to get it to work in yaz-client, so I'm thinking it's
something weird in Koha...

That's an old verison of Koha though... I'll try master...

By the way, I had to add "SetEnv DEBUG 1" in order to get any of this in my
logs...
