Bug 16193: Typo in Automatic item modifications by age

To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Automatic item modifications by age
2) Click Edit
3) Add a rule if you have none, otherwise notice button 'Submit theses
   rules' and typo (theses)
4) Apply patch, refresh page
5) Confirm button now says 'Submit these rules' (typo is fixed)
