Hi Julian,

there are a couple of problems here noted by he QA script:
- tabs
- license
- Name "Cache::RemovalStrategy::LRU::FIELDS" used only once: possible typo (can
be ignored)

>From looking at the code:

1) This is a translation issue - please take a look at how other CSV exports
solve the problem.
+    my @headers = ("Subscription title", "Routing list", qw(Surname Firstname
Notes));

2) Little typo: 
<p id="noborrowersp">There is no borrowers in this routing list.</p>
There are no... :)

3) How can you edit a routing list description? I tried to change the routing
lists created by the update - but failed to find a link.

4) I can add patrons to the subscription list, but the borrowers don't save.
Could you please check?
