hi Marc, finally figured out what the problem was - the batch checkout form
submits to circulation.pl so the Add message form will always redirect to an
empty circulation page. I've given a more specific URL for the form to submit
to now. This is the best possible fix I could think of! Unless you can think of
a better way?
