Currently cannot 
* view where (ILS-DI/ Opac / Staff Client)
* Who Student/Staff member
* When an item was renewed.

The only thing tracked is in the issues / old_issues table that an item was
renewed on a specific date (no time given)  and the total number of renewals.
No information is logged as described above.
