Hi,

We finally managed to get the item information to display again. I'd overloaded
the archive by importing too many records; Just required a clean out. Is there
a way to expand the archive space?

However, the search results won't update any additions or deletions of records
(they definitely exist/have been deleted - can be located through items
issued). I've speculated that it may have something to do with Zebra and may
require a manual index, but when we were trying this with the initial problem,
the koha-conf.xml file apparently didn't exist (though I don't know if this is
still the case). Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, with regards to updating. Would an update to a later version cause any
data loss with regards to currently issued items? What precautions can I take
to avoid this?

Apologies if any of these questions are irrelevant or novice. I'm still very
new to the software.
