Notably missing here is a view of a borrower's pending and in-process requests
from the borrower detail or circulation screens in the staff interface. That's
probably desirable, since there is a view of them in the OPAC. 

It could be a subset of the Holds tab, or it's own tab. 

An option to display branch wide (filtered, if necessary) completed requests,
and for individual borrowers would be a nice-to-have. Custom reports will get
the job done in the mean time, albeit a little inconveniently.

It might also be good to show requests as some kind of statistic for the
borrowers in the "Statistics" tab in the members area. "Articles requested"
maybe?
