Old 2+ FU records for the same item were taken care of in Bug 15675 (IMO quite
effecively) - I don't think there is a need to include / repeat the same or
similar procedure in this report. Double FUs created post-Bug 15675: there
shouldn't be any (none such cases in my test DB, at least).
