At the 1st glance it may look like follow-up for this should be relatively easy
to write, but I have a feeling that this statement

is not quite right / not good enough for covering all possible cases (doesn;t
take into account grace periods settings etc.); I'd really appreciate any help
in this matter from more experienced individuals.. In any case I pre-volunteer
as a tester :)
