  % sudo koha-translate --dev kohadev --install es-ES
  % ls koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog|grep es-ES 

Does not return anything, what did I miss?

I have used a very new script to update the debian files, cp_debian_files.pl on
koha-misc4dev (see https://github.com/joubu/koha-misc4dev).
